I guess you could say that, yeah. I never really thought about what it was, so much as... well, it's a sword.

[Sayaka is the least interested in keeping he magical girl persona a secret. Like, the details about it, sure. But the fact she can do stuff like that? She's been here too long for that.]

I don't have those where I come from and I can only assume they know other large talking robots, so would be common.
